In a review of expenses and vendors across many recruitment agencies, lone consultants and individual payments, the University has identified a minefield of variable recruitment practises across its seven campuses.
To standardise recruitment governance and simplify supplier management whilst reduce overall costs for recruitment of staff, the university has selected Tate as its partner for staffing solutions.
Tate will maximise economies of scale for the university’s recruitment activity by consolidating all recruitment including cost through itself.
The contract will deliver consistency on pricing including standardising recruiter fees and help streamline staff booking, employee onboarding and invoice management processes which will save university staff considerable administrative time.
By having a single point of contact, the university will have one version of Management Information in a consistent format that helps it optimise its staffing decisions and gives visibility across all localised recruitment throughout the university faculties.
