The UKs leading group of private travel healthcare services needed an additional 400+ staff to meet the demands of the global Pandemic.
Due to Tate’s history of providing the client with staff since 2015 the client knew that Tate would be able to meet their demands and entrusted Tate to recruit and train staff to be meet demand in an ever-changing environment. Over a 6-month period using an extensive programme Tate delivered a successful recruitment drive to support the admin and customer service staff (day and night shifts), door marshals, phone operators and receptionists at the 150 clinics and pop-up test centres across the country.
With the Covid-19 demand now waning, reducing staffing requirements, Tate have helped transition candidates into similar roles within the organisation to help deliver over 100,000 vaccines to patients
