Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administration Manager to lead booking, scheduling and administrative operations across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring customer demand is efficiently converted into well‑coordinated, high‑quality service delivery.

In this fast‑paced, service‑driven environment, you will oversee booking systems, front‑of‑house services and CRM data, while driving operational efficiency, digital improvement and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all booking and scheduling activity, ensuring effective capacity management
  • Manage end‑to‑end customer journeys from enquiry to completion
  • Own CRM accuracy, data quality, reporting and GDPR compliance
  • Drive digital and automation initiatives across booking and customer engagement
  • Lead front‑of‑house services and set clear standards for customer experience
  • Manage, develop and rota‑plan a multi‑functional administration team
  • Maintain audit‑ready processes and identify operational risks

About You

  • Proven experience in administration or operations management in a high‑volume environment
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Confident managing complex scheduling, competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, booking platforms and reporting
  • Digitally confident, with exposure to automation or system improvement initiatives
  • High level of digital literacy, including exposure to automation and AI‑enabled tools
  • Excellent time management
