Reigate, 5 days a week in the office
Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm with some paid overtime

Tate Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist industrial repair solutions business to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and coordination, and enjoys being at the centre of business operations.
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring technicians are mobilised efficiently across the UK and internationally, coordinating travel, logistics and customer communication to deliver an exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating technician schedules and emergency repair mobilisations
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and emergency calls professionally and efficiently
- Organising flights, hotels, vehicle hire and accommodation for technicians
- Liaising with customers, technicians, carriers and warehouse teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitoring ongoing jobs and proactively resolving logistical challenges
- Managing equipment movements, packing lists and shipping documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems including CRM platforms
- Supporting day-to-day operational administration and reporting
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Previous experience within operations, logistics, coordination or scheduling
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Confident using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office
- A proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
