Customer Service Specialist

Location: Bedford (Office-Based)
Hours: shifts of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm, 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month
Pay: £13.54 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy customer service team within a large, well-established organisation. You'll support customers with booking and appointment queries while helping the team manage a high volume of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle calls regarding outstanding appointments and bookings.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Complete associated administrative tasks accurately.
  • Work across multiple systems while managing a busy workload.

About You

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong administration and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
