We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused individual to join a growing team in the heart of Birmingham.

Why This Role?
No two days are the same here, you will be the person welcoming learners into the centre, helping employers find the right training solutions, supporting apprentices through onboarding, answering enquiries, coordinating courses, working closely with skills coaches, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
For many learners, you'll be part of their journey for several years. You'll get to know people by name, build lasting relationships, and become someone they trust and rely on.
You will be joining a small, close-knit team and have opportunities to get involved in a wide variety of projects to develop your career as the business continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Acting as the first point of contact for learners, employers and clients
- Handling enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Building strong relationships with students, line managers and employers
Learner & Apprenticeship Support
- Carrying out eligibility checks and collecting required documentation
- Booking learners onto the correct courses and programmes
- Liaising with skills coaches and making amendments where required
Operations & Administration
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Producing reports and maintaining trackers
- Assisting with course materials and classroom preparation
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous administration experience
- Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, reception or client services
- Confidence speaking with a variety of people over the phone, by email and face-to-face
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience within education, training or apprenticeships
- Experience supporting learners or students
