Key Responsibilities
- Process orders, registrations, taxation, stock movements, transfers, and handovers
- Liaise with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain precise records across systems including vehicle stock, documentation, and demonstrator fleets
- Produce reports, support audits, and assist with profit checks
- Manage used vehicle purchasing, stocking, funding, and compliance checks
- Work collaboratively across new, used, and corporate sales functions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the motor trade (essential)
- Sales Administration experience preferred (warranty/service admin also considered)
- Highly organised with a methodical, detail-focused approach
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Experience with systems such as Drive, Dealerweb, or iStore is advantageous
