Recruitment Consultant - IT
Location: Hybrid - 3 days from home, 2 days in Aldgate
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 DOE + commission
A fantastic opportunity for someone from an IT sales or recruitment background looking to join a growing and ambitious team.
My client is seeking driven and commercially minded IT Recruitment Consultants / Account Executives to manage client relationships, generate new business, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions through boot camps and permanent hires. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle with support from the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role combining business development, relationship management, marketing activity, and face-to-face client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Source and place high-quality candidates
- Achieve activity and billing targets
- Promote the full range of company services
- Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance processes
- Act as a professional brand ambassador
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous IT or similar sales experience (recruitment experience desirable)
- A commercial and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with clients professionally
- Drive, resilience, and ambition to succeed
- A proactive and positive attitude
