Looking for a flexible weekend role in a unique cultural setting?

Tate is recruiting a Retail Assistant to support the daily running of a shop within a historic visitor site, offering the chance to work in a great team while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment
• Engaging with visitors to enhance their experience and maximise sales
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
• Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
• Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and store operations

• Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as handling stock
