University extends Tate’s Managed Service Provision by 2 years
A Russell Group University has awarded an extension to Tate to continue the opportunity to supply staff to their departments and faculties as a result of delivering high levels of service, quality staffing and reduced costs through a trusted partnership arrangement.
The two-year extension follows the original award of a 4-year contract to supply staffing through a Managed Service, providing the entire recruitment and management process for the university.
Tate supports 11 faculties and over 250 hiring managers supplying roles across a range of functions including Procurement, Finance, Administration, Marketing, HR, IT, Technical, Engineering, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Facilities & Estates, Catering, Driving and Cleaning.
Since the contract began, Tate has fulfilled 100% of contingent worker roles and reduced the time to hire by 24% within the first year.
