400+ staff sourced for 150 healthcare clinics

The UKs leading group of private medical practises needed an additional 400+ staff to meet the demands of the global Pandemic.

Over a 6-month period using an extensive programme Tate delivered a successful recruitment drive to support the admin and customer service staff (day and night shifts), door marshals, phone operators and receptionists at the 150 clinics and pop-up test centres across the country.

With the Covid-19 demand now waning, reducing staffing requirements, Tate have helped transition candidates into similar roles within the organisation to help deliver over 100,000 vaccines to patients
