Deputy Manager - Care Services Provider

Full Time | £28,000-£30,000 | Monday-Friday | On‑Call (Approx. 1 in 7 Weekends)

Location: Nottinghamshire

Are you an experienced care professional ready to step into a true management role where you can shape, lead and deliver outstanding community‑based care? We're supporting a well‑established care provider in recruiting a Deputy Manager who will oversee high‑quality, personalised support packages while supporting teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own packages of care ensuring safety, compliance, and person‑centred delivery.
  • Deputise for the Branch Manager including full branch cover as required.
  • Build effective relationships with external MDT stakeholders.
  • Support field staff, administrators, and recruitment teams.
  • Visit clients and resolve care‑related concerns.
  • Contribute to recruitment, investigations, and performance management.
  • Support growth through service development and external engagement.
  • Promote a positive and motivated team culture.

As our ideal candidate, you will have

  • Managerial or supervisory care business experience (beyond Support Worker / basic Team Leader level).
  • Experience could come from domiciliary care, care agencies, or supported living environments as a suggestion, however must be from the office side, not practical.
  • Strong MDT partnership experience
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem‑solving skills.

Working Pattern & Salary:

  • Full‑time in the office Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Office‑based with regular client visits.
  • Participation in on‑call rota (approx. 1 in 7 weekends).
  • Salary £28,000-£30,000.
