FTC - 6‑Month Maternity Cover

  • £28,000 per annum (pro-rota)
  • Based in Cranleigh, Surrey
  • Full‑time, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours)
  • Office based role

Our client, a well‑established charity seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy HR & Recruitment Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting people through their recruitment journey.

The Role

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process. You'll act as the first point of contact for candidates and agencies, support with advertising and shortlisting, and manage all recruitment administration from initial enquiry through to onboarding.

What You'll Need

  • Good general education (A‑Level or equivalent; GCSE C/4 in English & Maths)
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in HR or recruitment
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Strong IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A driving licence is advised due to the remote location
