Independent Financial Adviser - Maidstone

Join a fast‑growing, highly respected wealth management firm offering full training, progression and an assigned client bank from day one.
What you'll do:
* Advise clients via video/phone
* Deliver high‑quality holistic financial planning
* Support rollout of a new digital platform
* Manage reviews, admin & reports
* Build strong relationships + new business
* Work toward a higher‑value client bank over time
What you need:
* 2+ years IFA experience
* Level 4 Diploma (or working toward Chartered)
* Strong pensions, trust & IHT knowledge
* Tech‑savvy with CRMs/cashflow tools
Desirable: Intelligent Office experience.
