PA Secretary - Eastleigh - Full time hours working in the office 5 days a week - £16.62 per hour Temporary position to start ASAP for 5 months

Are you highly organised, proactive, and detail‑focused PA Secretary looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a PA Secretary to join a supportive and community driven team in Eastleigh and provide high‑level support to senior managers, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and strategic activities.

In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will play a key part in supporting senior leaders with exceptional secretarial, administrative, organisational, and communication skills. You'll be trusted with diary management, meeting coordination, confidential correspondence, and financial administration, while working collaboratively across the wider Executive Support Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative and organisational support to senior managers.
  • Oversee diary management, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring managers are fully briefed for all commitments.
  • Organise meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, IT set‑ups, travel, accommodation, and full itineraries.
  • Compile and distribute meeting papers, take accurate minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Filter, prioritise, and draft responses to correspondence on behalf of senior managers.
  • Deliver financial and administrative support, including raising purchase orders and managing credit card reconciliations.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Executive Support Team, sharing workloads and providing cover when required.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.

  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Minute taking experience is required
