Events Coordinator - Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)
Location: Hertfordshire (Office‑Based)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent

About the Role - Events Coordinator
As the Events Coordinator, you'll manage event logistics from start to finish, acting as the central link between clients and internal teams. You'll gather event requirements, manage scheduling, allocate resources, handle last‑minute changes, and ensure everything runs to plan.
If you love spinning plates, solving problems, and supporting seamless event delivery, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for clients throughout event planning
- Gather, document and confirm all event requirements
- Prepare clear, detailed briefings for internal teams
- Manage event schedules, logistics and resource allocation
- Solve issues quickly and calmly in a fast‑moving environment
- Ensure all post‑event tasks are completed on time
- Build strong relationships and support future bookings
- Provide support across departments when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in events coordination, events admin, event operations, wedding planning, logistics, hospitality, or client‑facing roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Tech‑confident (email, spreadsheets, CRM, scheduling tools)
- Someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, varied working day
