Scheduling Coordinator - Basingstoke - Temporary 12 month role - £14.35 per hour - Office based Monday to Friday
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator (or Scheduling Administrator) to join a fun and friendly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and managing appointments for a busy team of surveyors, ensuring efficient use of their time and delivering an excellent experience for clients. This is a key operational role requiring strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveyors, considering travel time and appointment duration.
- Maintain well‑structured calendars and optimise daily routes.
- Communicate with clients and surveyors to confirm appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide clear, professional communication.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or unexpected situations.
- Produce reports on appointment volumes, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, or administrative roles (preferred).
