Sampling Coordinator - Eastleigh - £15.91 per hour - Hybrid role - Temporary to start ASAP - 6 months

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-driven coordinator who thrives on delivering seamless campaigns? We're looking for a Sampling Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end product sampling initiatives that drive authentic customer reviews and boost online advocacy. In this role, you will orchestrate sampling campaigns across multiple markets, collaborating with agencies, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective experience for consumers.

Sampling Coordinator duties include:

  • Leading product sampling campaigns from initial brief to go‑live
  • Coordinating with communications, sourcing teams, and third‑party logistics
  • Setting up and managing campaigns
  • Briefing and managing agencies across the UK and parts of Europe
  • Rapidly resolving any fulfilment or delivery issues
  • Creating sampling forecasts aligned to campaign objectives
  • Ensuring sampler profiles match the required targeting criteria
  • Acting as the primary contact for logistics, fulfilment partners, and vendor stock
  • Tracking and reporting key KPIs such as review volume, ROI, and sentiment

Experience required

  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or shopper marketing
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and partners
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with sampling or review platforms
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
