Corporate Receptionist

North West London

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Up to £35,000

Are you an exceptional Front of House professional who loves being the welcoming face of a busy corporate environment? Our client, a leading name in the residential real estate sector, is looking for a polished, proactive Corporate Receptionist to join their North West London office.

Following an exciting restructure, the organisation now operates through specialist brands covering Real Estate, Property Management and Professional Services, making this an ideal time to join a growing, forward‑thinking business.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for colleagues, clients and guests, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm, seamless and professional experience for everyone entering the office. This is a busy, varied position where your organisational flair, calm manner and customer‑first mindset will truly shine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Offering an impeccable welcome to all visitors and making sure the right people are notified of their arrival.
  • Acting as a helpful, knowledgeable point of contact for facilities queries from colleagues, contractors and guests.
  • Building a strong working relationship with building reception and security teams.
  • Keeping communal spaces, including kitchens and lounge areas, clean, tidy and well stocked.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are reset and ready for the next user.
  • Regularly checking office equipment (AV, printers, kitchen appliances), reporting issues and following through to resolution.
  • Managing day‑to‑day admin: ordering supplies, booking business lunches, raising purchase orders and tracking stock.
  • Logging maintenance issues with the Facilities Manager.
  • Coordinating incoming/outgoing post and organising couriers.
  • Issuing building passes for new starters and ensuring leavers are promptly deactivated.
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer with ad‑hoc tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Front of House or Reception experience in a corporate or fast‑paced office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a naturally friendly and professional manner.
  • Confident use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A good understanding of basic Health & Safety procedures.
  • First Aid training (or willingness to undertake training).

Your Personal Style

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • Approachable, composed and people‑focused.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels.

If you thrive in a customer‑centric role and enjoy being at the heart of a well‑run office, this could be the perfect next step for you
