Reservation Sales Executive (12 FTC)
Location: Central London
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: £30,000 + £15,000 commission (paid quarterly)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 4 days in office / 1 day Work from home
(One week per month is fully office-based for monthly sales meetings)
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Reservation Sales Team on a fixed-term contract. This team is at the heart of our business - handling high‑volume inbound enquiries and turning them into repeat, loyal customers.
You'll be part of a vibrant team of four, led by a manager who has been with the business for seven years and has a strong track record of developing people and supporting career progression. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone‑based environment and enjoys working towards ambitious sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling high volumes of inbound leads via phone, email, and website enquiries
- Converting enquiries into bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Working to significant quarterly revenue targets (circa £450k per quarter)
- Identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing repeat business
- Taking part in the team phone‑shift rota
- Representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm every day
Who We're Looking For
You might have experience in:
- Telesales
- Membership sales
- Any sales role with high lead volume
- Customer-focused roles where persuasion and rapport-building are key
