Administrator / Receptionist - Whiteley - £26,000-£30,000 - on site Monday to Friday - Full time or part time hours considered but must be spread across 5 days

As the Office Administrator, you'll sit at the heart of the operation on reception, connecting teams, keeping processes running seamlessly, and ensuring the entire office functions like a well‑oiled machine. Administrator / Reception duties include:
- Manage calls, emails, post, and visitor welcome
- Keep the office organised, tidy, and stocked with supplies
- Provide admin support to managers and directors
- Handle filing, archiving, scanning, and minute‑taking
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Prepare documentation packs for site teams
- Update website content and LinkedIn posts
- Order PPE and manage siteworks stock
- Support company vehicle admin (mileage, checklists, bookings)
- Coordinate staff training and maintain training records
- Maintain supplier/subcontractor documentation and insurance records
- Organise equipment calibration and update logs
Experience and skills required
- Previous experience working in a varied administration role supporting senior management
- Excellent communication skills at all levels as building relationships is key
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- Resilient with a strong work ethic
