Administrator - Full‑time hours - Fully on site 5 days - £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Chandlers Ford - Temp to Perm opportunity

We're looking for a confident and proactive administrator to support a busy team working within an industrial/engineering setting. This role is varied, fast‑paced and ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action. If you're organised, not afraid to speak up, and keen to learn, you'll fit right in. This role will grow and develop with the person so you can truly make the job your own, and become a key part of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Printing certificates, worksheets, and job packs
* Scanning and maintaining organised digital filing systems
* Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal logs
* Answering calls, taking messages, and liaising with engineers
* Optional: Supporting CAD tasks if you have experience (training available)

What We're Looking For
* Strong admin skills and good attention to detail
* Confident communicator, comfortable in a lively environment
* Good IT skills, especially Excel
* Proactive, organised and willing to learn
* CAD experience is a bonus but not essential
