Job Type: Full-time or Part Time - 5 to 4 days a week including every Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with jewellery and watch purchases
• Provide expert advice and personalised service
• Maintain immaculate store presentation
• Process sales and support aftercare services
• Build lasting customer relationships and help achieve sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in jewellery or luxury retail
• Professional, warm communication and polished presentation
• Reliable, discreet, and customer-focused
• Weekend availability
• Interest in fine jewellery and gemstones, with a willingness to learn
