Paralegal - Court of Protection

Location: Brighton

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Working pattern: Hybrid after 3 months probation

What You'll Do

  • Working on the frontline with clients, being their point of contact & attending meetings with the fee earners
  • Support fee earners with casework and administration
  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals
  • Manage client affairs, budgets, and legal documents
  • Handle enquiries and draft correspondence
  • Attend events to promote the team

What you will need to succeed:

  • Court of Protection experience (essential)
  • Law degree (desirable)
  • Organised, proactive, and great under pressure
  • Empathetic and confident communicator
