We're looking for a Paralegal to join a friendly, ambitious & social team in Haywards Heath. If you're passionate about law, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of working with innovative businesses and entrepreneurs, this is your chance to shine!
What you'll be doing:
- Get hands-on experience with corporate transactions and dispute resolution
- Support on employment, IP, commercial property, and contract matters
- Draft documents and correspondence with precision and professionalism
- Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Contribute to marketing and networking initiatives that grow the firm
What you'll bring:
- A law degree or LPC qualification, minimum 2:1
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent written skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy and social media aware
- A genuine interest in business and commercial law
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a proactive mindset
