My client is looking for a part time ( 3 day a week) or full time Administrator.
Th role will involve the below:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs
- Report and escalate any issues requiring specialist attention
- Support the setup and reconfiguration of office spaces and meeting room
Health & Safety Compliance
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Review and update risk assessments in line with current regulations and best practices
- Support emergency procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Contractor Coordination
- Arrange and oversee contractor visits for planned and reactive works
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., RAMS, insurance, permits) is received and verified
- Monitor contractor performance and adherence to site protocols
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team
- Maintain accurate records and manage document control systems
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or operations role
- Familiarity with risk assessments and compliance documentation
- Experience using facilities management or document control systems
