An exciting opportunity to join a supportive and growing legal team in central Winchester.

A talented and motivated Legal Secretary is required to support a busy and expanding Family Law team based in Winchester.
This is a busy, varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys working under pressure, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

The position offers the chance to work within a professional and welcoming team, contributing to the delivery of outstanding client service and high-quality legal work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient management of files and documentation
  • Preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary and appointment management
  • Handling client enquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Providing excellent client care and administrative support to fee earners
  • General office and secretarial duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Family Law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, audio dictation, and general IT systems
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
