Office Support Administrator
- Location: Stevenage
- Contract: 2 months+
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid - mostly remote with some office-based work
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Rate: £14.36 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including complex diary management and minute-taking at strategic meetings.
- Act as first point of contact for Senior Managers, handling sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
- Manage work schedules, coordinate training and development, and support local projects and corporate initiatives.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and compile reports for Senior Management.
- Manage the HSCP Twitter account - posting updates and monitoring activity.
- Prepare agendas, collate meeting papers, and maintain action trackers.
- Handle enquiries from internal and external partners with excellent customer care.
- Support research and briefing preparation for Senior Management.
- Produce documentation using Microsoft Office in line with statutory and local procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in minute-taking at senior-level meetings.
- Strong skills in complex diary management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and approachable.
- Able to manage a variety of administrative tasks independently.
