IT Support Analyst
- Based in London - 2/3 days in office
- Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for Compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.
- Maintain system configurations, including user access, permissions, and reference data.
- Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments.
- Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.
- Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding Excel skills, this is essential. You should be confident working with complex spreadsheets and enjoy using Excel as a core part of your role.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is a bonus.
- SQL knowledge is useful for troubleshooting and data analysis.
