About the Role

As Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of brand strategy, driving commercial success through data-led decision-making, creative marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll own the promotional roadmap, lead product campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for key dermatology brands
  • Lead market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform tactical decisions
  • Create compelling, compliant marketing assets and educational materials for healthcare professionals
  • Manage end-to-end product campaigns, including budgeting, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure brand alignment and impact

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape
