About the Role

My client is seeking a proactive and dedicated Further Education Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is a full-time (37 hours/week), Temp opportunity (up to 11 weeks) with an immediate start. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions across Further Education programmes, supporting students, academic staff, and key stakeholders.

This is more than just an admin role, it's a chance to be part of something meaningful, helping shape the student experience and contributing to the success of key educational events such as open days, graduations, and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage course administration, student records, and confidential documentation.
  • Support academic teams and course leaders with day-to-day operations.
  • Organise and minute meetings, track actions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a first point of contact for students and staff, offering guidance and support.
  • Assist with admissions, marketing events, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with university-wide teams to deliver seamless administrative services.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Further Education or educational administration is essential.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing databases.
