What You'll Do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service while managing reception areas
* Answer and direct calls with confidence and professionalism
* Greet clients and guests, acting as the first point of contact
* Provide concierge style hospitality, including arranging refreshments and lunches
* Support with general administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
* Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
