Hours: Monday-Friday (3 days in office) Training 5 days in the office
Location: Shoreditch Office

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Team Support Administrator. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy and rewarding environment. You will play a key part in supporting case managers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience within a legal background, strong attention to detail and a willingness to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support including scanning, photocopying, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Assist Case Managers with drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Order and distribute certificates as required.
  • Process family tree requests accurately and promptly.
  • Support with creating distribution schedules.
  • Assist with beneficiary updates and enquiries.
  • Contribute to the organisation and smooth running of the Public Sector Team.
  • Undertake training and development as directed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised workstation.
  • Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role.
