You'll work across three core areas: data engineering, dashboarding, and insight generation - helping digitise manual processes, build scalable reporting tools, and uncover actionable insights that drive performance. The role offers a collaborative environment and the chance to make a real impact in a digitally ambitious organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality digital insights to support strategic decision-making and performance optimisation across the OEB team.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and other visualisation tools to enable self-serve analytics and performance tracking.
- Extract and transform data from platforms such as Google Analytics, SAP, and Digital Asset Management tools.
- Develop ETL processes to automate manual workflows and improve data accessibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Champion digital analytics best practices and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Support the digitisation of reporting and insights across the business.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital analytics and embed innovative approaches into team workflows.

- Proven experience in a digital analytics role, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on growth, optimisation, and performance improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with platforms like Google BigQuery or Databricks.
- Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Ability to build bespoke ETL processes and work closely with data engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and operating with autonomy.
- Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Retail experience is highly desirable, particularly in digital or e-commerce contexts.
