What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging Communication: Liaise confidently with patients, consultants, healthcare professionals, and colleagues, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other medical providers across multiple sites to deliver coordinated patient care.
  • Patient Journey Management: Organise patient lists, schedule appointments, and provide accurate quotes for new patients.
  • Specialist Document Preparation: Type medical reports and correspondence using your knowledge of medical terminology.
  • First-Point Contact: Handle incoming calls and queries with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to a team of consultants and healthcare professionals.
  • Finance Support: Assist with general accounts and credit control processes as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Medical Secretary within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
