Our client is on the lookout for a Team Administrator who's ready to roll up their sleeves and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their clients. From coordinating global training projects to crafting polished presentations, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything on track.

Team Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Account Managers to deliver training projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Managing project data and timelines using the ERP system
  • Scheduling global training sessions and coordinating trainers
  • Creating high-quality documentation, reports and client communications
  • Tracking budgets, raising invoices and maintaining financial records
  • Organising travel and accommodation for team members
  • Moderating virtual training sessions and occasionally attending in-person events
  • Manage registrations by processing nomination requests, sending invitations and issuing joining instructions for all training program offerings
  • Managing course registrations, learning platforms and accreditation processes
  • Keeping templates, trackers and program materials up to date
  • Preparing insightful reports and maintaining accurate participant records

What You'll Bring:

  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A clear, professional communication style across all channels
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new systems and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in academic or program administration is a bonus, but not essential
