An award-winning property planning and development consultancy based in the City of London is seeking a Part-Time Team Assistant paying up to £40,000 pro-rata on a 12month FTC covering maternity leave.

The position will be working 21 hours a week, 3 days in the office and on-site (working 9.30-5.30pm). The ideal working days for the role would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday depending on the candidate.

This will be a fast paced, varied positions supporting a team of 10 as well as the wider team. Duties will include the following:

  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Booking travel arrangements including accommodation
  • Being the first point of contact for the team, taking calling, dealing with inbox enquiries
  • Expenses and invoicing
  • Document management and formatting including legal documentation, power point presentation, PDFs etc.
  • Assisting with marketing tasks - such as preparing documents and supporting internal/external events
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects
  • Any other administration needed for the team

The ideal candidate will come from an administrative background and have experience supporting a team. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be juggling various tasks and deadlines. Excellent systems experience as you will be supporting using the companies internal CRM as well as formatting and producing high quality documents. You will be personable, with a can-do attitude, enjoying being that go-to person for a team.
