Accounts & Commercial Administrator - Winchester- Outskirts £28/£30k (DOE)

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and ready to play a pivotal role in a thriving business? We are supporting a leading Hampshire-based construction business that are on the lookout for a proactive Accounts and Commercial Administrator to join their energetic and supportive team.

Based in the heart of the South of England, the company work on high-impact development projects. Set in a beautiful rural location in between Winchester & Chandlers Ford, you will need to be able to drive to the office.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of the operations, providing essential support to the finance and contracting teams. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced, rewarding role!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoice queries confidently via phone and email
  • Approve invoices against internal conveyance notes
  • Stay on top of the accounts inbox and respond swiftly
  • Complete tasks from the finance and commercial teams with accuracy and urgency

Ad Hoc (But Equally Important) Duties:

  • Manage digital timesheets
  • Keep contract team records organised and up to date (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Coordinate IT and communications for onboarding/offboarding staff
  • Oversee basic facilities management and liaise with cleaners/maintenance providers

  • Data entry accuracy

  • A car owner with a full, clean UK driving license (rural office location)
