Office located in central Bristol - hybrid working after 3 months

37 hours per week - Monday - Friday shifts between 08:30am - 18:00pm

Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Customer Service Advisors to start in June 2025.

As first point of contact for customers, your role as a Customer Service Advisor is to ensure all customers receive a professional, positive, customer-focused experience over the phone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls and providing accurate support and advice to customers
  • Handling complex complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments to work out the best resolution for customers
  • Administration support - maintaining up to date and accurate customer records on the database
  • Ensure appropriate audit trails are logged after each call
