Customer Service Executive - Southampton - £25,000-£27,000 - Based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday


We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and organised Customer Service Executive to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Southampton. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth journey from sale to delivery. The company provides specialist renewable bespoke products throughout the UK and are at the forefront of sustainability.

Customer Service Executive duties include:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Process orders and manage account info
  • Work with production and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly
  • Support the sales team with quotes and updates

Experience and skills required

  • Customer service or sales admin experience (manufacturing a plus)
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Accurate and confident with data and systems (CRM, MS Office)
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
