Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic warehouse team? We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator role within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a variety of warehouse duties. The successful candidate will support the Warehouse Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in stock handling, dispatch, and administration.

Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Picking, packing, and accurately labelling sales orders for despatch
  • Booking deliveries through courier websites
  • Preparing export documentation
  • Receiving and recording incoming stock
  • Repacking items and organising warehouse layout
  • Maintaining tidy, safe working conditions
  • Communicating effectively with sales and engineering teams
  • Keeping accurate records of inventory and stock movement

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
  • Previous warehouse experience (essential)
  • Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures (advantageous)
