Salary £25k plus benefits

Based in Watford (hybrid offered - 3 days home - 2 days in the office)

Our client is based on the outskirts of Watford and is the market leader in their industry.

Currently recruiting for a customer focused individual to join an already successful team in return for great benefits and hybrid working pattern.

Your role would be -

• Customer support via phone and email
• Order processing
• Manage the subscription and on-boarding of new clients
• Keep the in-house CRM system up to date
• Account management
• General admin support

Ideal candidate

• Strong communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Previous customer service experience.
• Good IT skills proficient with Microsoft office and CRM
