This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting the sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Allocate incoming and outgoing payments to purchase and sales ledger accounts.</li><li>Liaise with export customers, releasing containers upon payment clearance.</li><li>Process sales orders and email invoices to customers.</li><li>Chase aged debtors to maintain healthy cash flow.</li><li>Handle customer queries efficiently via email and telephone.</li><li>Process customer payments securely via card transactions.</li><li>Match purchase invoices to collection notes and facilitate supplier payments.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and place orders for groceries, stationary, and packaging as needed.</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of meeting rooms for seamless operations.</li><li>Coordinate courier bookings to ensure timely deliveries.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication skills, with confidence in telephone communication.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for spreadsheet creation and updates.</li><li>Experience with Sage 50 software preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.</li></ul>If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to their team's success, apply here now!Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
