So much so that Tate offers its customers the unique Tate Watertight Guarantee, which has been in place since 1997.
Watertight means, quite simply, that if a Tate client is not happy with a Tate temp or the Tate service, then they don't pay! That means:

Our permanent guarantee is the longest and strongest in the industry: if a Tate permanent placement terminates within the first 100 days and we are unable to refill your vacancy, your entire fee is refunded plus an additional 10%.
