Holborn and Victoria

"James came to us and fitted in really quickly. He has become an important member of the team. We really appreciate all his hard work".

>Des Weeden is our Brighton Winner

Des has been a fabulous Interim Estates Manager – just what we needed. As an experienced senior facilities manager he has the right skills and up to date knowledge to meet our wide ranging brief. He quickly mastered the requirements of the role and moved on key projects while also carrying out a very valuable audit of systems and processes. Des’s M & E background and H & S qualifications have been really useful. Des’s work rate has been tremendous and he has achieved a lot in just three short months. Des leaves the incoming Estates Manager with a detailed handover document, including and evaluation of the short and medium term priorities, that will enable him to “hit the ground running”. Overall, the organisation is in a much better position than it was 3 months ago thanks to Des’s work. We would recommend him without reservation.
