Jan has been absolutely delightful, she is a hardworking, reliable candidate who has been willing to try and turn her hand to most things – and always succeeded! The feedback from clients has always been excellent and we just want to say thank you, you have been not only a great Ambassador for Tate, but an absolute superstar! Well done Jan from all the Tate Team!

> Kevin is our Brighton Winner
Kevin has been an absolute godsend while working through the GDPR compliance project. He is great to bounce ideas off and always has his ‘compliance’ hat on when making decisions which is just what I need. He is always happy and cheerful and we all appreciate his advice on all things ‘foodie’. A very well deserved Temp of the Month award!
>Beverley is our Bournemouth Winner
Beverley has now been with us for six weeks and in that time she has:
- Built strong relationships with all of the Garage team.
- Improved lettings performance, which has challenged the performance of the permanent staff
- Highlighted areas of our systems that could be improved.
- Made recommendations, that are pertinent and valid concerning the way we administer our waiting list.
- Beverley has very quickly become a ”team member”
If it were in my remit to appoint Beverley to a permanent position I would have no hesitation in doing so.
> Vicki is our Exeter Winner
It is a pleasure to manage Vicki. She is a well-respected and valued team member. She demonstrates that she is able to use her own initiative to work alone and also regularly collaborates with the team to achieve departmental goals. She is eager to build on her current skillset and will seek new and more efficient ways of working to deliver a good service to our suppliers. Vicki has made such a good impression during her six month assignment here at the RD&E, that she was successfully recruited into a substantive post that arose in the team. I look forward to watching Vicki grow in confidence as she learns all aspects of her new role. I also wish to thank Laura-Jane at Tate for successfully appointing such a good candidate here at the Trust.

> Maxine is Basingstoke Winner
Maxine has been amazing since day one! She has picked up every task we have asked her to do and made it look effortless. She is always smiling and so welcoming to anyone who visits NI and is extremely helpful to the employees here. She is the first to offer a hand and help even if outside of her job duties. She has taken on a huge amount since working here and knows are systems better than I do after working here for three years. She is an extremely quick learn and needs hardly any direction which is perfectly placed with what we need. Best of all she laughs at all my jokes no matter how bad they are! Thank you Max for being brilliant!
