Full Time - Monday - Friday between 08:30am-6:00pm

What you'll be doing:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be at the heart of delivering a professional, compassionate, and solutions-driven service over the phone. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your ability to communicate clearly and confidently will make a real impact.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with clarity and care
- Resolving complex complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams to find the best outcomes for customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and audit trails
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery
