Our client in Brighton is seeking a successful Head of People specialist to join them for a period of 6-9 months, to work across the full employee lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop and shape a new team in the new People Directorate.

The hours are 35 per week, hybrid working is encouraged with 6 days in the office per months required. The successful candidate must have experience within Employee Relations and leading a strategic HR business partnering team. This role is to start asap.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

• Developing people Strategies
• Building relationships with leaders, managers and stakeholders
• You will be required to deputise for the Director of People and Culture both within the organisation and when working across the regulatory family and the pensions industry
• Managing team performance and objectives
• Lead and inspire the People Services & Partnering function and develop a high performing team.
• To work in partnership across the whole People Directorate to drive credibility with the business and deliver an excellent customer experience to all people.
