Job Title: Junior Developer
Location: Hatfield Heath, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28k DOE plus superb benefits and an annual bonus (subject to company and individual performance)

Commuting:
Candidates must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as the office is located in the scenic Hertfordshire countryside.
Working Hours:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities as Junior Developer:
- Assist in designing and developing eLearning courses using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SmartBuilder.
- Contribute to web and app development projects by engaging in coding, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and instructional designers to create interactive and user-friendly learning experiences.
- Maintain and update existing eLearning content and digital platforms.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for eLearning tools and applications.
- Utilise strong PC administration skills for software management.
- Create and edit graphics and multimedia content using Photoshop and/or Figma.
- Participate in team meetings, offering insights and ideas for process improvements.
Desirable Skills and Experience as Junior Developer:
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with app development principles.
- Experience with additional web programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Strong PC administration skills, including software installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
