We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our clients dynamic and collaborative team. This newly created role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on new challenges and is passionate about improving processes and people.
In this position, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality standards across the organisation, working to deliver excellent customer outcomes. Your ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and continuously drive process improvement will be essential to fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues by diagnosing root causes and developing effective solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to existing quality assurance processes, working closely with different teams to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Develop, refine, and uphold quality assurance procedures, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organisational objectives.
- Partner with the customer service team and other departments to cultivate a collaborative environment where quality is a collective priority.
- Mentor team members, sharing expertise in quality standards and supporting their professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of quality findings and ensure timely resolution of any identified issues.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive quality assurance documentation to support transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Design and implement training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable and committed to quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlight non-conformance issues, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a quality assurance/ team manager role, with examples of personal contributions to improving processes
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and proactively complete tasks to a high standard
- Openness to change and a willingness to embrace new ideas and challenge conventional thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly present audit findings and developments
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to others' growth
- Flexibility to adapt as the role and business evolve
- Exceptional attention to detail, with great listening skills and a positive attitude
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services
- Experience working with vulnerable customers
